    This but also the fact that children are on the app and sleeping with old men, this app is for gay people I think it’s about time the makers of the app look out for young members of our community as this is setting them up to fail in life.

    normalising sleeping around to a child will lead them to take drugs get sexual transmitted infections, get raped and even Suicide.

    I know many people this has happened to and the all regret going on Grindr under the age of 18.

    Please make a change to the app and help prevent horrible things happening to children on your app

    The majority of gay teenagers under 18 go onto Grindr to learn about sex as gay sex isn’t taught in schools and they often can’t talk about these sexual feelings with friends or family because they don’t know how people will react.

    These children end up loosing their virginity’s to older men often 40+ Sometimes it’s because the child lies about there age but also because pedophilia is more accepted in the gay community with older men not caring about how old the younger person is, this is probably because this is what happened to them when they were younger ( maybe not on Grindr but in general life)

    This sets the underaged person up to think it’s normal to sleep around from a young age leading to unfortunate lifestyles making them more like to take drugs , get sexual transmitted infections, get raped and commit suicide.

    This app is for gay people and the makers of this app should look out for the younger members of our community and not set them up to regret decisions they made as a child while chatting to horny old men on the app.

    Please make age verification a thing and you will save so many lives.
