    Grindr horrendous customer service and arbitrary banning policies are driving their customers to competition like Romeo, Hornet, Scruff and Jack'd. I know guys who have only been using Grindr and nothing else who have never touched any of those other apps, but when banned from Grindr they quickly downloaded these other platforms and are happily using them without being abused by the developers or customer care representatives. I have never been banned from Scruff or Romeo, but they did ban me several times from Grindr for no reason and their shytty customer service were unwilling to tell me why and show any proof in the form of screenshots of my breaching of their cockamamie guidelines. They do not refund your yearly subscription either when they ban your account!!! I have purchased the year subscription and have been subscribed for only 2 months when the ban came out of nowhere, and I've been told that they do not have to disclose the reason for banning my account, that I have simply breached the guidelines, and that they do not refund any subscriptions. The first time this happened I threatened to take legal action against them and after few months they finally lifted the ban still unable to provide proof of my breach which I was demanding over and over again in numerous email exchanges with their arrogant and hostile customer service representatives. Nevertheless a several months of my subscription was wasted during the ban!!! What a rip off!!! For the second time I remained banned and I am banned to this day. Again no reason given!!! Absolutely horrendous arogance with which they treat their customers! Time for a law suit action, indeed. What an abhorrent company!!! They lure you to buy subscription and then ban you without having to provide the services you paid for. What a neat scam on their part!!! I felt ripped off and scammed! Grindr is nothing but a bunch of nasty scammers and dirty thieves!!!
