    My account got banned for no reason as well. I was told that I engaged in “bullying or harassment”, but I didn’t break any of the rules regarding bullying and harassment. I reached out to customer support twice but only received canned responses saying the ban would not be lifted. I asked for further detail as to why I was banned but didn’t get a response. I have a feeling I was talking to a robot? I’m new to my city and would be really appreciative if the ban were lifted as I do not have other ways to meet people right now.
