Brilliant idea.
It's a safety issue.
People obviously don't read the conditions on the site, when ever you upload a photo, yours or not, Grindr has access to your phone Gallery. So always get traced back to the phone they used to send text and images and sign in with.
I created a new profile and didn't have any number verification.
All I see is spam, fake accounts.
Also people saying no to this, obviously are fake accounts, why else comment on this or even look at it.
Even more so when Tinder, Plenty Of Fish and Scruff have these verification processes which is mandatory.
The report option never gets acted on.
Also bit of a difference when someone is pretending to be someone and using pictures without concent. Not about "Common Sense".
Also people moan about number giving out, you have to do this with every site you sign up these days. So I don't see a issue at all.
So yes, more verifications the better.
Act on it Gridnr.
