   Dear Sirs,
   I have paid the unlimited plan paying 239 euros which has been renewed on May 28th 2022. Today my unlimited version is not working and if I try to enter the page where to see the status of payment, it appears the following message: “unknown error”. Can you please solve this problem. I have the receipt of the payment just to show that I Have payed in time. Regards
