Better verification of profiles to prevent numerous catfishing etc
All persons/members should be verified more stringently to prevent catfish, fake advertising etc . Either symbol gesture face and clear email. Then verify email

MAJOR SECURITY RISK
Grindr Is a major security risk to the safeness of users and people within the community. Ever since I started using the app men have been using my images as their profile pictures to both sell drugs and suggest sexual activity. Sometimes catfishing young men and luring them to locations. I believe the only way the company can come together to solve this issue is to REQUIRE a MANDATORY security process for anyone using face picture images. We need a filter to not get those offensive dl or empty profiles that usually harass me and make me feel unsafe. It would be nice to have a no dl filter.

Better Account Security with Login Session Visibility
Have an option in settings to see the currently logged in devices with date/time and IP. The ability to log these sessions out if they are old or someone else would help when people are trans bashing you and visibly deleting your messages after forcing you into homelessness using similar tactics.

Secure profile photo
dear friend It has been fun to use the Grindr app, but there is a fear that if we use our photo in the profile, it may happen that someone takes a screenshot and misuses it. So you are requested to create such a security feature that no one can take screenshot of profile photo without our consent and everyone can use it for free.

Biggest Scam I’ve ever met
There are many fake profiles who are making the peoples fool by displaying Girl picture in DP. They ask to make the payment in online mode only for meet up.. Once they received the payment they will block your on Grinder and Whatsapp . They shared an screen shot with you of UPID to make the payment. I am the one who’s has been charged for same. Kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I will have to take some strict action against your app.

Translate Profile Descriptions
Profiles of people travelling have to be duplicated in different languages - it would be better to have a translate feature for people to translate profiles into their native language.
This is especially useful in countries where screenshots cannot be taken for use in translation apps.

Mutual exchange of pics
If someone request a pic and you send it they can not retrieve the picture without sending a picture also to unlock the pic that you send, stop ppl feel vulnerable online after sending pictures and then getting no response or even blocked straight afterwards security flaws allow you to turn off your data and still screen shot expiring pics then reboot the app and turn data signal back on allow them to steal your image without anyone knowing ,

Stalker Techniques
Ok so you know how there’s the “who viewed me” option even though you can only see the photo of the last person that viewed you unless you pay is whatever but what if there was a “who starred/favorited me” option so that way you know if your stalker gets to see when you’re online and last online even your location unless you choose not to “show my distance” option but regardless. Make unsend massage free or editing possible
Ever sent your location to someone or phone number and turns out the guys a creep or catfish or worse.
Unfortunately it's not free. IT SHOULD BEThere's also just editing a message that as typos because it can happen that would be nice.

Introducing an ultra simple feature showing how long a user has been Grindr member helps a lot not falling into fake profiles since those are ver commonly very freshly created profiles!! It would be wonderful if you could insert this info „Member since xxxxx“ in everyone‘s profiles!

A user is trying to get me to give him $1,000 Walmart Gift card. He is threatening to so call expose me with the pictures I sent him and the messages I sent him. Mender safety from scam
It’s should be scam alert profile or some kind of page with all scam pictures who been fought in that city should have scam alert with scam pictures
And trusted members should be able to remove until actual app members will investigate

Like you can press down and favourite from the grid you should be able to block that way too
