Mandatory vaccination status info
I would like the search option for displaying ppl on my list based on their Covid & other vaccination status. I'm tired of asking each person what's their vaccination status. NOT each person who is vaxxed mentions on their profile bio whether they r vaxxed. Plz make this option on search to display only vaccinated ppl or if I choose to see only NON- vaxxed ppl. Thank You

Couples

Add "Alternative" to tags
It will allow other members of the "alternative" community (Goth, Emo, Skateboarders, hippies, punks, rock & metal lovers and heavily tattooed) to find each other.

Make position filter free
As a bottom it really annoys me that my grid is full of other bottoms very rare to find a top in my area. I think it's ridiculous that I would have to pay to be able to find my counter part on a sex app. Like that'd be like tinder or meet me saying oh straight man your looking for women here's a grid full of men you wanna talk to women PAY! it's the same thing what does grindr expect us to do touch butts. Shove off. Let me search my area for my opposite position

Don't limit profiles when narrowing down
Giving specifications shouldn't decrease the number of profiles you can see without paying. Narrowing the age range to like 3-4 years around my age and then saying I only want to see profiles with face pics gives me 15 profiles I can look at without paying. That's it. If I was interested in any of those 15 people I wouldn't need the app anymore. If I don't narrow it down I get either a bunch of guys who are too old or too young for me, or it's just a bunch of blank/torso shot profiles, so limiting the number of…

Language
A language filter needs to be added along with a Country preference filter. I live in a border town in the USA and I can’t filter out people living across the border in Mexico. It is annoying bexause 75% of the people that show up are in Mexico or do not speak English. It is one of the main reasons I no longer pay for a premium Grindr account!! Why pay for a service that does not meet my needs??

Please add religion wise searching button
This way to searching by religion the best option to searching partner.
It would be great to see “religion” as an option. Not all gay men are atheist and some men have strong ties to their faith and would like to talk to guys who shared the same religious beliefs/practices. E.g. You switched filters again
Do you guys even know the meaning of "if it's not broke, don't fix it"? You change filters time and time again, for who knows what reason. Now it's impossible to choose age categories on the slider unless I spend minutes trying to move it to exactly where I want. Who thought that was a good idea? Longer bios
Allowing for more characters in bio allows one to flesh out personal details, desires, info, etc, as opposed to using shorthand. Those who want to keep bios brief can, but as Grindr seeks to expand and cater to different crowds, perhaps a longer bio could help with diversifying the app’s usage.

Negate filter
The Negate Filter would function as a complementary tool to the existing filter options, allowing users to define the attributes or preferences they do not wish to encounter in potential matches. A not interested tap !
Give the option to tap someone with not interested. As a “precaution” you could only enable it after someone taps you to avoid misuse or other.

Taps should appear as messages
Missing out when your guy taps you because you forget to check the taps tab sucks! Instead, we should show taps in the message thread alongside your conversation history. Keep them as a conversation starter.

Add a general information tab for how out you are completely out out to some in the closet to family can’t even be seen on public lol.
