profiles that don't have a photo should be banned
when creating an account, it should be mandatory for the user to use a face photo and there should be a verification system if the person is real

I receive multiple vanishing pics from spam accounts every day but non from genuine users
These are sent via bots which block as soon as the pic is viewed. The use of disappearing pics and knowing when an image is read must mean these are premium accounts. The pattern of behaviour would be easy to search for so these accounts could be permanently banned. It's irritating enough I've taken the time to write this out!

multi device synce
my phone an tablet both have my account an the content doesn't synce to each other so i have active conversation on both instead of just being able to pick up one of them an all my conversations be there

Group
The group making in this app is so irritating ... While making a group, it should show the recent chats but it never does it .. and we never find what we are looking for .. also .. while making a group .. we don't get an option to search the profile name .. that's bad .

Report users before they disappear into the night
I hate it when you encounter some rude crazy maniac which is what this app is filled with most of the times and then they disappear into the night and I cannot report them it's very annoying and very frustrating and you all are to stop doing that let the ads stay sound for somebody can report the person the Scruff does it Adam4Adam does it and you all can too

Deleteing messages
Being able to delete all messages from a certain time period. Like a drop down that would allow you to select like older then a month week day or maybe just auto delete conversations older then a month with no current conversation

Fix Banning System
Called out a pretty obvious catfish for being a fake profile (but did not report them yet, which I now regret.) At this accusation, they got very upset and said that I was actually the catfish (I'm clearly not) and that they were reporting me as a fake profile. About 4 hours later, I tried to login and saw that I was banned. Was given no prior warning or opportunity to prove my identity in any way, which, as a paying customer, is completely ridiculous. Recuperación de cuenta
Entré un día a mi cuenta y estaba bloqueada ( literalmente no he hecho nada malo ), tengo 19 años y no he insultado a nadie por esta aplicación.
Estoy intentando conseguir que me quiten el ban y me piden que diga el mes y el año en el que he creado mi cuenta, lo cual es imposible porque nadie se acuerda de eso.
Simplemente pido que se pueda verificar que esa es mi cuenta de otra manera más fácil, que no afectaría en ningún caso a los bans en si, sino a la facilidad con la cual puedes verificar…2 votes -
