Honestly the ads are ridiculous pop ups after viewing someone's profile or
after replying to a message. Just ridiculously annoying. -

It is so invasive. I u ser stand you need to make money on the free accounts but come in. You are not dealing with stupid user, if yiu force us to see that full screen, no body will buy it. Put a banner on the top, i we like we will buy it!!

The ads are of hard-core man on man bondage scenes. If you feel this is sexual harassment like I do. Contact me. I'm curious about suing. Jennabusygirl@gmail.com

Yes yes...please stop spamming us with forced pop up ads and blocking the app screen, this can lead to your device freezing up and not being able to function without restarting.

The blank ad box makes it impossible to see chat messages when the keyboard is open. This has to be removed

Like Spotify and Pandora do, it would be nice to have the option to watch a short commercial for 30-60 seconds to disable ads for 30-60 mins.

Video ads cause severe lag. Add option to deactivate moving ads. The ads pre-load in the background and cause Grindr to freeze up and/or severely lag. I have to close the app and re-open it every 3-5 minutes because my phone and the app become completely unusable.

The free version already has banner ads, and message ads it does not need full screen ads. When I am listening to music or an audiobook these Fullscreen ads interrupt music, podcast, and books on services that I pay to have not ads on to play disruptive audio for a ad about a slots game I don't give a crap about. What is worse is the other service is stopped and does not resume. When ever full screen ad pops up and interrupts my music or book. I make it a point to force quit the application and I do not sign back in for hours at minimum, weeks at most.
Stick to banner ad's if you don't, I will likely end up not using Grindr going forward. Grindr has awesome features worth paying for when I have the money, but I won't be tempted to pay for your good features if obtrusive ads chase me away.

Ok I'm sick of your ads, I can't even take half of them down even if I wait, there's literally no X or skip buttons so every time I even get a ad now I just close the app and forget about whatever conversion I was having
no fucks given, your app has become horrible, can't even exit a ad after its done -

Everytime I click on or out of a profile I have to sit through the longest ads ever. It's honestly ridiculous. Remove all ads especially the ones for naked women. You do not see gay ads on straight sites so why should we suffer. As a GAY man on a GAY app I do not want to see tits and vagina

Why can't the ads be shown only as a banner at the very top of the screen instead of blocking the whole soght of the app to show ads all the freeking time.

It's so damn ridiculous how many ads someone has to go through to even breath here. And I refuse to sit here and listen to the whole "We need those to keep it free" YO, so many others on the same train as you so so much better with it. As an coder, some of the stuff you folks get away with is criminal. Please explain it to me why it's gotta be for every single minor action like leaving a profile, leaving a message, posting, blocking, etc.
It makes no since that a person can't move without hitting an ad checkpoint every 3 seconds. I just don't understand and want it to actually make sense so much.
You're nowhere near as important for that kind of behavior as you think you are.

I know Grindr is funded by advertising, but it’s incredibly annoying to get forced to click three times to escape ads, especially video game ads that are show deceptive footage that isn’t even the game. There should be option to report false ads or click “not interested” to remove these and show ads the users would be interested in.

I've noticed a problematic new ad format that makes skipping over the ad to continue using the app impossible. (I am running Android.)
The ad begins by showing one of several mobile games and requires you to watch for a certain amount of time. (I hate this, but whatever, I get you have to make your money). The problem is that after the time is up, the ad only shows one button, and that button takes you to the app store. Touching any part of the screen also takes you straight to the app store.
So every time an ad like this appears, I have to close the app and reopen it. Surely this is not how you want the user experience to be.

White screen after ad has no navigation buttons. Won't go away. Have to go to cusp of restarting phone three or four times before navigation button shows up
