Yep, agree with other commenters that “side” is an appropriate position to add. And to address another commenter’s point, just because you’re not into [butt stuff—lol, that’s censored here??] doesn’t mean you’re straight. Scruff lets you select top/bottom/oral/no sex, so at least Grindr should support that, although I prefer the encompassing term “side.”
