4. Body Type and Position clear field on every logout

   Every time I logout, i have to re-enter (in "my Type") the Body Type and Position. Everything else stays, but these two clear on EVERY logout. Something is wrong there. Didn't used to do that.

   Hey! Is it possible to add a buttom to album Where you don’t have to select eny persons. Cause deleting 1000 people from seeing my album Is difficult job to do.

8. Can't login app in secure folder

   I'm using an android Galaxy S20 Note Ultra [Android version 13] [One UI version 5.0]

   I want to hide some information ie. Adult websites, pictures, apps, etc. I'm having a problem trying to login to the grindr app while in my "Secire Folder" and I've tried to open the app by utilizing my phone number as well as using the option to login using "email and/or Google). I enter my information correctly yet the app will not open. No error message, it simply will not load. NOTE: to login, mynonly option is to use the app while NOT in my"secure folder " Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

11. Save specific chats and pics

    We should be able to save specific chats and images to our Grindr profile that pins them even if the backup hasn’t been restored.

    Imagine that you meet a cute guy and the chat is super good full of deep and meaningfuls and on top of that his pics are sexy AF. You should be able to save that chat so even if the back ups don’t work that you can always be sure that chat is saved.

    My backups are acting up and I’m losing chats and some of the chats are with guys that I’m genuinely interested in and they don’t always have pics or recognisable profiles so when the chats disappear I always can’t find them again. Sometimes it’s more comfortable chatting only through Grindr and in that case we should be able to individually save chats. That way we can lose the dead weight and save the best ones. (Even if this just meant all favourites were fully saved no matter what)

The app develops faults, glitches, errors which are inevitable and that is understood to a point. Sending an automated, pro-forma reply to customers is not only unprofessional but also a lack of respect for the loyalty those customers show the Grindr app. It must be an priority to develop an in house, human populated, customer focused service which has for primary objective the care of loyal customers and all users. Mass migration to competitors do not happen only to others. It happens when one stops truly caring about their customer and focuses on activities which do not promote rewarding that loyalty. And one final option here... The gesture of goodwill is not the tool of the weak... It is the arm of the strong...

    upgrade the amour of expiring photo u can send for all type of app versions. it would be nice u can send more expiring photos on all version of the app. free allows u to only send 1 expiring photo while extra adds a bit more and unlimited too. by adding 1 or 2 o each account would be nice.

19. Grindr is taking me back to the top of the page every time i enter some profile. And it means CONSTANTLY

    Grindr should let me be where i want to be when I'm scrolling through profiles on the main page. Instead of constantly and every time taking me back to the top of the page. There's a button ⬆️ isn't it. I'm gonna press it if i only decide that now it's the time to go back to the top. Thank you and take care!
