Grinders colour palette
To add a feature allowing you to change the obvious orange and black colour palette of grinders interface so that it makes the app more discreet when chatting in a space that you would prefer or require more privacy.

Banning abusive narcissists and stalkers maybe?
At a loss for words. My best friend was abused by a narcissist for over a year. He confronted his abuser and the narcissist retaliated by filing a temporary restraining order against my best friend over total lies. My best friend has been receiving texts from unknown numbers. He’s been threatened but then received photos of the parking lot where he works and of the street he lives on. Stalking 101 right? People shouldn't be asked for nudes just for it to reach somewhere else for sale and that is a risk of privacy and safety.

Hide/remove/unshare album shared with you
Oftentimes I receive albums that I do not wish to see. It would be nice to be able to remove those from view or “unshare” the album on their behalf. Maybe can include a little notification in the chat for the other user that said “X stopped viewing your album” that would be fine

Ability to see someone's front page only for a period of time after blocking (for safety if you've given out your address or no./workplace
For a second time I've given a guy my address late at night to get a block.... great. Is he wasting my time? Is he still coming and this is a kink, or is he planning to rob me of my possessions. Wouldn't it be handy to not engage with a blocked profile but see if they're getting closer in the immediate aftermath, and maybe have one live button to report them for having attained personal or security relevant information and immediately ceased contact.

Make a button for the “Albums” to do “Stop Sharing with All Users”
Don’t you hate scrolling and clicking to “stop sharing album” and then you have a bunch of users marked off already and accidentally click above that menu pop up and the “stop sharing users” pop up goes away and need to start all over.
So, Grindr admin we need a button that just “stops sharing with everyone” because it’s a privacy and security problem too.5 votes -

“Ignore” Feature
Introducing an "ignore" feature on Grindr can enhance the user experience in several ways. Unlike the current "block" feature, which can be quite harsh and definitive, "ignore" would offer a more flexible and considerate approach to managing interactions with other users.

Please restore the ability to view the most recent profile to view yours
Non-subscribers used to be able to see just 1 profile in recent views. This meant we were also able to block profiles that we felt suspiciously viewed ours multiple times without contacting us. Please restore this feature so we can block unwanted repeat viewers if we wish to, or at least create a feature to block the profile that most recently viewed yours even if you don't allow us to view the full profile.

How blocking can be abused
A feature that is troubling me is that people can block you and the chat abruptly dissapears. This often happens after the sender has said something offensive. It has more to do with the people than with the app. But still since the chat and the account dissapears, there's no way to report that account. I think the chats still should be present after someone has been blocked. Please do something about this issue.

While clicking inbox, app should ask for password or a pin which will enable other persons not to access chats of user.

Prevent screen shot of profile pics
I have had my profile pics screenshot and used to set up fake profiles using my identity multiple times. This can be quite distressing. It would help if by default profile pictures could not be screenshot/stolen.

HIV SORTING
Instead of HIV FILTER lets do a HIV SORTING method. This is the only method that allows NO discrimination because Both HIV negative and positive people will still be on your feed.

Screenshots
The app has a discreet option and yet allows anyone to screenshot your profile pictures of pictures you send them. Its really unfair so at least make a feature that gives the ability to lets your pictures to be screenshoted or not or completely disable screenshots because i really don’t see the reason.
