   Does anyone ACTUALLY do any work at grindr? I see the exact same fake ass profiles all the time! And I report them so often y'all owe me a few paychecks or something. And if you can't tell who's faking it out there, that just proves my point all the more. Keep these shit stains of society off the app.

   •Instead of a flame tap, a coffee/wine symbol.
   •Expand the amount of words to use in the description.
   •Help create a less toxic environment by providing mental health content.
   Especially about ghosting! Create a not interested button or response.
   •Remove the online offline function or make it more accurate so people don’t feel like they are being ignored.
   •Set up filters for chats for example: only sex or serious dating.
   •Provide more non sexual tags so someone can also use grindr to find a serious boyfriend.
   •Remove the option to not have a photo in the profil.

12. Filter out HnH / Chems users

    Allow a freetext filter on profile names (which is where Chems / HnH Grindr users make themselves known) so that people can filter out Chems / HnH folk from their grid. It should also have the effect of hiding your profile to anyone who meets the filter criteria.

13. Try practicing better customer service.

    Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. I'm trying to increase my visibility and in the same time trying to use the service to increase my options on who I may want to connect with. But I keep getting denied. I think it awfully cheap and dirty dealing of grinder to give a small amount of choices before you offer them the package that can't be bought that would allow them to increase their option by 600 profiles. I think you guys could afford to open the purse strings a little bit and to offer a few more choices than a simple 20 or 30 profiles constantly being repeated to choose from. I wish that someone from grinder would reach out to me to either solve my issue on obtaining the extra package that would allow me the 600 more profiles to choose from or offer more free profiles to choose from. I'm not even quite sure that I want to spend my money if you guys are going to be so cheap and can't see and not being fair to increase that visibility and not being able to obtain the package to resolve the issue. I mean why should i. It just shows this company is greedy out for the company only and doesn't appreciate the customers who want to buy more from Grindr but they won't let the finger to help you resolve an issue to you so. It is not very good customer service and I'm not quite sure I want to give my money to a a business who doesn't offer customer service first over everything else. I suggest you guys reevaluate either your package pricing or let go of the purse strings and give us a fair amount of profiles to choose from if we're unable to purchase an extended package. 15. Quick nickel & diming your customers

    This is my first time using grinder & I got the 1 month plan (ultra plus something). My thoughts like at $39 that's steep. Then Grinr introduces this BOOST feature for an additional fee. Quick nickel & diming people that use you. After my monthly subscription, I highly doubt I will subscribe again. For $39, BOOST should be included.

17. Training off boosting promotions and having the ability to choose if you want to see those kinds of things

    I think there should be a way to disable ads messages from Grindr because I receive promotional emails and asking if I want to be boosted and I just want away to turn that off. I think many people would agree that it should be able to be turned off. If you’re paying for the service already.

    I took 6 months off grindr and so much is behind a paywall now its absolutely useless. This app is absolute garbage and exploiting marginalized communities. Any LGBTQ+ people working for you should be ashamed of themselves. This was the last queer space online that didn't leech money from people who are statistically more likely to be poor. I used grindr for years and i hate this change and am personally disgusted. Shame on your abhorrent capitalist ethics
