Bulk block filters
Allow to block individuals from seeing you in search results based on parameters you set, such as distance, race, gender, age, etc. Basically anything you search for you should be able to say "if they search for this" or "if they are this" then don't show me. For example I keep getting messages from hundreds of miles away.

Do you think we are stupid??
Stop taking your customers for bloody mugs - £69.99 for 3 months is outrageous, immoral and frankly daylight robbery but then we get to the real insult…£399 for the year advertised as 19% or £19 off…can’t remember which I was so furious - just renew the 3 month one for the length of a year and that £120 saving - come on - even your board is better than this insult

I'm not going back to Grindr, Gay Men Society are rude, no chance, Quickly Judgement of error, lack of interest, repulsive Men, TOO TOXIC!!
Didn't have much great experience. App is TOXIC, Men are judgement, prejudice, Give all others to have a BAD NAME, RUDE, No one wants to get to know each other. I resent this & ashamed of GRINDR & the Men to give us all Men to have a BAD NAME!!

Bulletin board post things to the community on bulletin board
Have a bulletin community board like Sniffies. If I wanna fuck rn, it’s a fast way to get immediate attn from multiple users. It’s a value Sniffies has and Grindr doesn’t. I think you should add the feature asap, don’t lose market share to sniffers.

Following through
I spent a good deal of money on Grindr only to get banned and not told why. I have requested twice an explanation as to the sudden and unexplained banning. Grindr seems to hold itself to a higher standard than the other apps yet you can’t be bothered to respond to someone who has spent hundreds of dollars on this app over the years. Stop blocking up profiles by having them ALL under Xtra/unlimited
Stop blocking up all profiles, I mean All profiles! To open up a pay subscription. You run Ads on top of that!

Try a lower price
If this app wants to make more money try lowering the membership prices. I am positive that you will increase the revenue of you cut the price by as much as 50% or more. That increases the membership base which in turn allows you to charge more for ad space. In fact, you could make membership $5 and still make lots of money with the added bonus of making a difference between those who will or won't be paid members.

When you charge me $20/mo already then extras every other corner then make it worth it ex. Boost what a waste watch out Adam's coming for y'
Just be reasonable and realize the loyalty but competitors are coming up from everywhere around and as I'm and hope you're aware of you can gone in an instant you're holding cause you built up loyal customers like me who's paid for Xtra even when you doubled it to $20 which I stuck with cause lack of options honestly

Chats backup
I have been using same grindr xtra account from last six months on android mobile, and recently switched to iOS device and got to know that there is no way to restore chats across platforms. This is really frustrating. Atleast paid users should have this facility to restore chats across platforms. And how to do is to be figure out by you guys. Talk to both platform owners, take approvals, design the system but this facility should be available everywhere. Stop degrading the service for free (and XTRA) users
I appreciate that you need to make money to fund the app, but you also state that "ads keep the app free" whilst degrading the service constantly for free users. This is a big problem for paying subscribers, as new, free users stop using the app and the paying users just see the same faces over and over again.

Loyalty
If you think about it. Your customers want to be able to see as many people as they want no restrictions and when they come to Grindr they have to deal with only seeing very limited people there type. Plus if they want to see more they have to pay a ridiculous price for the service. That is why most people leave. So think about helping out the guys who want more but can’t afford it.

Stop removing functionally from basic and Xtra.
It is crazy that Grindr keeps moving functionality up to higher tiers. There is no issue charging for premium features. Just don't charge folks then move the functionality they paid for to a higher tier. Do the job to create new functionality to justify higher charges.
