Dating
Definitely add a dating specific side in the app and the value of the app will increase greatly with each time a person is on the app to hookup they don’t have to cross paths with those whom only wish to date and yes the daters won’t have to say there not interested in hookups. Also if I’m a total top and post as one then maybe I should be automatically shown more bottoms instead of having to filter it. Bumble have many sections and so should Grindr. I’d say put a networking section on there and anyone that wants…

An automatic translator feature would be great!
An automatic translator feature would be great! Being able to communicate in real time and setting the received messages to translate would be a great feature to have when traveling.

Bring back being able to view flame taps when you are not a member.
I can see you have removed the ability to view people who have tapped you unless you are a subscribed member. I understand you need to make money but you have adverts disrupting the app constantly so it is a really unfair move to remove this from non-paying members

Please Offer Free Subscription Trail periods, it’s one thing to read about offers but to experience it will definitely get my say or nay!! it’s been way to long (Beta) users should be included as well or at least Exclusively for Beta users I shouldn’t have to pay to give feedback thanks grindr team you’re awesome!!

Introduce tiered pricing for Boost Me
The “Boost Me” feature is ok and has shown interesting results but ultimately, why would anyone wanna “Boost” their profile is - TO GET LAID. And the question is - is there enough time for me to cast a net wide enough for me to get laid in the very near future, if not yesterday.
Unless you’re hoping we’ll empty our pockets to make room for our blue balls - the price is too high for the measly duration. That’s daylight robbery, to put it succinctly. And anyone on your app will tell you, if they managed to find someone…

introduce a lifestyle category on the profile
on profile have a category LIFESTYLE WITH option to say if you drive Y/N, travelY/S/N , accom Y/S/N, smoke Y/N and drink Y/S/N and maybe even hnh Y/N and safe sex Y/N. if you could also filter by these things FOR PREMIUM users of course.. that'd be fab.

Consolidate all plans into 1 complete plan
Grindr should consolidate the xtra and unlimited into one plan and provide all app features without any ads. Grindr is already ridiculously overpriced and should get back to basics than always fixated on generating more revenue. Grindr is already making more than enough money, and the greediness is so obvious it’s disgusting. spend some of the funds fixing all of the coding defects, constant bugs and Spam. Understand the need for making money, but to be ridiculously greedy is offensive.

You advise that if it can’t go on Instagram, it can’t be here, yet there are almost nude women on Instagram.
Why can’t you simply put a “nudity” veil over any photo or over people who pay your ridiculous unlimited fees so that you can click on it to see it or not if you don’t. You over charge on this app then subject top paying members to extreme censorship. I understand google and apple but for the money you should put your heads together and come up with something since I can see asscheeks all day on instagram and don’t see apple or google stopping it.

Buying it separate from iCloud
Being able to buy xtra on the app not through iCloud. I share an iCloud with my mother so I want it to be a secret.

I would like a “set aside” flag I can mark on each profile and the filter them in or out
It’s a smaller community where I live and there are many profiles that aren’t necessarily for me.
I’d want to filter them out instead of having to block them so that I don’t constantly see the them on my explore list. Blocking is too aggressive. You never know when someone might want to make a connection or things change for either person
