Ticketing status
In your support interface portal, you guys have the ticket status as Open, Awaiting for response and Solved which is fine.
But if I I report a software bug, there will some conversation in the ticket and finally it will be escalated to QA team and the ticket status will be in Solved status but this is wrong as this is not yet solved also if it's solved and unable to add comment though it's escalated.
I'm unable to track the bug tickets and check if it's resolved or not so I request if the ticket is moved to QA…

Face photos filter / online filter
Face only and online now filters should be basic filters and not advanced filters.
I'm gay not desperate. I keep hitting the limit to the amount of profiles I can see for free before finding anyone suitable. Because there is a sea of people that are hiding their face cause they are either not great looking or closeted.
Online only needs to be basic as well. If you are looking for some company you can't find anyone because there is a sea of off-line profiles to get through first. Why would I want to message people who I know aren't…1 vote -

Keywords improvement
It’d be great to separate keywords into ones that apply to me and one that apply to what I’m looking for I’m looking for, and then filter by it. Like if I’m smooth I’d like to filter out folks looking for hairy guys.

Filter to view likes
Adding a filter for what gender you identify different from the tribe filter.
For example if I’m a trans woman who’s interested in cis men adding that filter option to filter out the trans women because I’m not necessarily looking for trans women.1 vote -

Face pic tag
As if there are tags for "anon", "brunch" and "catperson" but not "facepic"! I think many more people on Grindr would identify with the tag facepic than catperson, yet you deny us the choice of a facepic tag.

Bad Apples
There is this movement in the culture that "no response is a response." I would like to see Grindr give users an option other than reporting a profile or blocking the individual. Taking this toxic behavior seriously could create a more positive experience for everyone involved. If a user says hello to another user, and there is no response after the greeting is read, the user that started the connection should be able to document that the profile user is unresponsive, or doesn't respond at all. Maybe after 10 or 15 users report a profile for being unresponsive, the profile…

Cuckold tags
Add the various roles in a cuckold relationship/scenario to the tags. Cuckolding is becoming an increasingly popular kink yet it's hard to find others into it with the existing options.
This could be added as a relationship option or through the various roles in tags (Cuck, Bull, hotbf)

More realistic options of where to meet on profile
Currently, guys only meet at their houses, a bar or restaurant. How about meeting outdoors, a park, a truck stop, a cottage, a cinema or a sauna/bathhouse? The current selection doesn’t reflect where guys meet (or may want to) at all

Create a tab for trans and those seeking trans only
Kinda annoying to be hit on by trans and seeing trans pic profiles. Just not my preference. As I scan profiles, I skip over the trans profiles but, some see that I visited their page for a split second and take it to mean that I am interested, when I am not.

Dislikes Section
You have a section of things that you like or interested in, so you should have a complimenting section for dislikes of things you are not personally interested in. Such as personality traits, sexual incompatibilities, general turn offs, etc.

Country filter
Country filter in some fashion. I live close to the Canada/US border, so I get a lot of Canadians in my profile. I would like be able to see only US profiles. Last thing I want to do is make an “appointment” and realize he’s in Canada and have to wait 3 hours at the bridge…
