Musk/Scent/B.O tag
There should be a kink tag specific to the musk fetish. Tags like pits/dirty/kink can suggest that interest, but they’re too broad. I’ve heard other guys having the same issue identifying others into body odor. It’s become a common fetish, enough that it should be its own tag.

Allow filters on favourite profiles
Let people apply filters to their favourite profiles to make it easier to find specific profiles based on age, preference, etc., so that if there is a specific person you are looking for you don’t have to scroll until you find them.

"Tribes I'm Into" preference profile field and "Tribes they're into" search filter for Nearby and Explore
Grindr desperately needs a profile field for which Tribes someone is interested in, and the option to filter your Nearby and Explore screen to people who are interested in certain Tribes. Nobody jumps on Grindr hoping they'll be ignored by someone uninterested in conversing, and those people don't hop on Grindr hoping dozens of people that they aren't interested in conversing with will reach out to them. The profile field, and the search filter will fix the frustration of many.

Too many woman identifying individuals that leads me to poor selection of filters which also makes the cost completely ridiculous for an app subscription that doesn't do ANYTHING it's supposed to and once did do! You are built on the backs and dollars of gay men and gay men only, maybe you should remember that and represent the group of people that made you. Still waiting for a feature that allows you to make yourself invisible to people you aren't interested in.
I keep getting messages from men old enough to be my dad and 10+ years younger than me. I have my search filtered to look no more than 2 years younger and no more than 6 years older. This has been asked for many, many times. There needs to be at the very least a checkbox to make yourself visible to everybody you've filtered out of your search so people don't end up wasting their time on someone they don't have a chance with. Add a Profiles Sharing option
Allow someone to share a profile with another user. This would be helpful for couples that are using 2 different accounts. One could share the profile of a potential mate. It would safe time for the users to have to locate a specific profile. This feature could also be used to share profiles with other single users to inform them of potential scams, threats to persons or property, or even if they had a “good time” with them.

Inactive User Accounts should not show up if no login usage after 60 days
Inactive Users Accounts DEACTIVATE - These accounts should “not” show up in our searches. If users have NOT been active and logged in the app after (60 days), they should show “No Activity for 60+ days” AND all accounts should be instantly “DELETED” “DEACTIVATED” for inactivity after (90-120 days) permanently.

Not enough inclusivity
I think perhaps Grindr should rebrand into something less aggressive, like Findr, then also should be a site where everyone can have an opportunity to find friendship, sex, dates, whatever else, in the same fast fashion of IM and taps, with expanded filters to narrow down what we are looking for including heteronormative relationships, bisexual relationships, fetishists, gender-fluid relationships, and really sell the idea that everyone everywhere can find the gratification we gays seek out in the same fashion, without making people who are not "gay" men only feel excluded or shamed for their particular sexual interest. Adding two positions to your profile.
With the addition of the position "side" you have made it a little bit more difficult for the other "position-types".
With the added "side" it sounds like tops and bottoms only look for anal sex. So future users will look at us as being anal only.
So my suggestion is that you can add two position on your profile. For examble top+side, vers+side or btm+side. That way tops and btms won't get excluded in a "side" filter search, if people think only sides do blowjobs. smiling
