Administration being controlling and prudish
Administration remembering this isn't a dating app and not telling adults what's appropriate. Maybe stop being ban happy. Maybe investigate once in a while. Stop being lazy

when creating an account, it should be mandatory for the user to use a face photo and there should be a verification system if the person is real

Moderate profiles for all types of discrimination INCLUDING ageism
I find it dismaying and unbelievable that any member who considers them selves apart of the LGBTQ 2+ community anywhere, since he gets appropriate to discriminate against their brothers and sisters, based on race, sexuality, gender, physical appearance, age and health status and it is no longer considered a criminal offence if you do not disclose it. HIV is now a manageable chronic condition using antiretroviral drugs for EVERYONE. Comments regarding physical attributes like “fat” “bald” “ugly” should have no place in a profile. Bloqueio permanente
Bloqueio permanente para não assinantes, pois toda vez que você bloqueia alguém dois dias depois ele está de volta e pode assim te insultar ou causar incômodo e isso é muito ruim. É uma falta grave em um app e isso pode causa problemas judiciais caso alguém venha a processar alguém por causa de alguma coisa dita nas conversas do app e isso vai gerar uma imagem ruim para o grindr.

Responsiveness of user
A feature on profiles which allows you to check the persons responsiveness to messages generally - as in, statistically if a person responds to messages or not. I know scruff have a feature like this and I’m not suggesting it should be identical but being able to tell if a person is fairly responsive, very responsive, or not responsive at all would help in deciding whether to even message the person in the first place.

Profile rating system
There are to many as call them flakes or fake!'s on your site that only on to collect as many pictures as they can collect then when they realize that your not sending no more they either ghost you, or even block you, not cool at all there has to be we're you can start rating profile's and when they drop below a certain rating should be monitored by Grindr either by actually monitoring, or be put a probation period we're if they get 2 or 3 bad ratings there account is audit or suspended. Blocking feature overhaul: enhance, simplify, debug, and optimize code
if Grindr were a homogeneously gay community, this might not be an issue.
Many profile images, (and more each day) have brought me uncomfortably close to vomiting. none of these users are seeking gay men.
If the intent is to discourage people from touching themselves, it has been extremely effective.
