Fake female profiles are flooding the site. Scammers, hacks or bots are using the same profile info and female photos to ruin the site with undesirable fakes. It will drive loyal gay male users away if you don’t stop it. Give us filters and easier blocks. Hiding doesn’t stop these. They just constantly flood the site. And if we have to click on these pics we are trying to hide, AI will do the opposite of finding what members’ real types are.

AI ads depicting minors 🤢
For an app based around erotic meet-ups, you sure do seem committed to killing the vibe. I keep getting an ad for a porn game featuring a girl of nebulous age. I barely tolerate your aggressive ads, but that is outright unacceptable. If I keep seeing that ad, I'll delete this app and never look back.

Fake profiles
Grindr is flooded with fake profiles. I see dozens per day. There's a plethora of fake trans profiles that try to lure you to Telegram. Many OF 'creators', but I suspect also fake profiles put there by grindr itself to give the impression there are more people online. Put in more safety guards to prevent bot profiles so I don't get approached repeatedly by fake accounts. There are far to many accounts offering to meet up so long as your sign up to their OF or Fanvue. They are using Grindr to promote their pages. ABDL/diaper fetishists are paedophiles and should not be welcome on this platform. I have seen them far too often and it makes my stomach churn. Please make explicit policy that this is not allowed and take our reports seriously. This is abominable and with increasing internet legislation, it is also a wise business move.

Remove Roam. Bring back Boost and Super Boost by location.
What is the point of Roam really !?
First: You’ve made it expensive. Already pissed off . Second: I would’ve been okay with it being expensive, but why would I pay more to just show my profile normally without a boost in that region.

Just Bring back Boost and Super Boost in any location worldwide.

Add a Verified Trust Badge to Reduce Fake and Spam Accounts
I suggest adding a verified trust badge system on Grindr to make Among Us app safer and more transparent.
Many users are frustrated by fake profiles, catfishing, and spam. A simple verification feature — like an optional photo or ID check — could help build real connections while protecting genuine users.
This badge could appear on verified profiles and increase confidence during chats or meetups. Privacy should stay a priority, but trust and safety are essential for our community.

Please make it easier to report bots, rather than multiple click-through pages to hide a bot from my grid. And better yet, actually investigate reported bots and take down profiles that use the same profile picture.
