Why Grindr banned Subscription Account without any reason or warning

Grindr is taking me back to the top of the page every time i enter some profile. And it means CONSTANTLY
Grindr should let me be where i want to be when I'm scrolling through profiles on the main page. Instead of constantly and every time taking me back to the top of the page. There's a button ⬆️ isn't it. I'm gonna press it if i only decide that now it's the time to go back to the top. Thank you and take care!

The grid reloads too often
The app reloads the guy grid way too frequently. I can't look at more than one guy before it resets and I lose my place. Also, it automatically reloads while I'm scrolling so I can't go more than 50 guys or so. Why am I paying for Xtra if I can't even scroll to see the additional lines? It's become very frustrating and I can barely use the app to meet new people. If the issue isn't resolved soon, I will certainly cancel my subscription.

I spend a lot of time scrolling to the bottom profiles every a few seconds the app refreshes itself and takes me back to the top. It's been like this last a few years.

Grindr Free Restrictions Are out of control
Ok. The last thing you did was putting a barrier to fresh page and tying it to the Grindr extra. Now free users can only speak to first 6 people close to them on fresh page. Cool. We got it. But you’re so really desperate to make me switch to extra. You totally lost your minds and now not allowing me to block people who last viewed me. Wow. What a pathetic way of forcing people to pay for your overly priced app. At this point I guarantee you you’re just gonna lose customers. I could even design a gay…

Stop blocks from reappearing!!
Blocking people regardless of reason should not be such a challenge it's bad enough there's tons of men out there lying to themselves and there spouses and then the excessive blank profiles and transgender women which some/most gay men are not interested in... Still have to go through and block so many of them... I literally go through over 50 of them everytime I'm on grindr just to have them reappear and to go through blocking again! Please fix this... Please allow the block button to work appropriately. Thanks in advance!

Boost Popup is Intrusive.
I get it. Boost is revenue for your company. But I am already s lying customer. Why do you pop it up when I'm in the middle of trying to type something and almost accidentally click it. If I wanted to boost then it should be in my settings and only display when I tap it. Now it just pops up at random times when I'm scrolling my grid and could cause unwanted taps. It is intrusive to throw a popup over top of a standard function such as scrolling my grid. I am a software engineer....for 1t years I've…

Mejorar el bloqueo de las cuentas
Al bloquear perfiles de personas que no quiero ver, después de unas horas el perfil que bloqueo vuelve a aparecer en la cuadrícula de usuarios como sino fuese bloqueado,esto es muy malo, porque gente que te acosa y la bloqueas,vuelve a aparecer y te sigue acosando.
Estoy muy enojado con esta falla.

Fresh Grid Could Be So Much More!
I really LOVE the concept of being placed into the local "FRESH" grid when I update my profile image. This feature truly does makes Grindr feel more like an actual social media platform that is a refreshing unique mix between Instagram and other "Dating App"(s).
But PLEASE only place me on the "FRESH" grid if I update my MAIN PICTURE.
I would love to be able to add pictures to my profile without changing my grid status.

Fix the app to stop losing all conversations!
If my phone crashes or reboots, all conversations lost! That’s bad programming, what database do you use where you don’t close the file and leave it to be corrupted like that??
Need as a result to offer more than just auto daily backups at this point at least hourly, or close the file after writing a record (message received) or repair database file on restart or whatever to fix this!20 votes -

I lost all the messages withthe users in the favourite list. The issue continues with new message sent to them.can tou help me to restore the old messages??

Blocks are lasting. Next time I open the app, the blocked ones are back there.
Blocks are not lasting. The moment I block a profile, it disapears from the screen, but next time I open the app, they are back there again.

Location in my opinion is way off. Ie: 48 miles away is not nearby. Or 67 miles away. I'm in PA so why am I getting profiles from NY/NJ
Fix the issues on location. It defeats the whole point of the app. Meetups/friends nearby etc...

The "Location" tool has NEVER worked on my iOS devices! It won't open in any outside map apps (Google or Apple.) Why? Please fix!!
When someone sends me a "location" or when I try to send one on any of my iOS devices, it doesn’t work. Never has. It will show me the "pin" within the Grindr app itself but when I try to expand to an outside mapping application nothing happens. it doesn’t even give you the physical address (street number or name.) when people send it to me I have to tell them it doesn’t work on my phone and half the time they think I’m lying or trying to scam them I guess. Why is this and what can be done…

Group chat participant selection
I currently have 300 plus favs.
Setting guys to out into a group chat is extremely difficult - would be useful to sort contacts by online / offline would be real helpful. Tx.19 votes
